1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Call Hopper AI (the "Service"), operated by Call Hopper AI ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Call Hopper AI lets you upload contact lists and use AI voice agents to place outbound calls, qualify contacts, book appointments, and transfer calls. Calls are placed and recorded through third-party telephony and AI providers acting on our behalf.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You are the controller of the personal data you upload; we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Call recording & AI disclosure

The Service may record calls and uses AI-generated voices. You are responsible for providing any legally required recording and AI-use disclosures to call recipients. Recordings and transcripts are stored to provide analytics and quality features.

5. Fees

Access may be provided free, in beta, or under a paid plan. Telephony and AI usage may be metered. We may set usage limits or caps on any workspace.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or harms the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for your compliance with calling, consent, or privacy laws.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
